It is Carola’s greatest passion to use mediation in a wide range of areas. To resolve conflicts, but above all to prevent them. This is what she calls pre-mediation or conflict prevention.

Carola is convinced mediation can prevent legal proceedings, the associated problems in the working relationship and sick leave. This benefits everyone involved, as we all know how conflicts can wear you out.

Unfortunately, it isn’t common practice yet to invite a third, independent party when one knows the conversation will be difficult. This requires courage and decisiveness. NATIONAL INTERNATIONAL MEDIATIONS
Due to Carola’s international experience she feels at home in both national and international settings. She therefore enjoys doing mediations in both Dutch and English.Her college years and the international friendships made her realise how limited our field of vision can be and that reality (or the truth) can be experienced so differently from another person’s perspective. Especially if that person has a different cultural background and is informed by foreign media.
I am not looking for the truth, but for two perspectives. I try to understand everyone’s view and help parties do the same.
